Founded by Robert Baker in 1982, R Baker (Electrical) Ltd has enjoyed substantial growth ever since. In 1990 the company expanded into our own purpose-built premises in Liverpool, a site which allows great scope in manufacturing an extensive range of electrical equipment for clients with highly contrasting needs.

We believe our success comes from our determination to understand each and every customer request we receive. We can then use this understanding to find a solution that is affordable, flexible, and that clearly suits your business.

Through regular investment in new technologies, and a rigorous 24-hour on-demand service, we maintain an outstanding level of reliability and quality to every market sector we work with.

Higher Growth Programme

More recently, we have been working with external consultants to develop new systems and processes in order to offer better value products to our customers. In 2009 we joined the Higher Growth Programme, a project which provides intense coaching and support to businesses that demonstrate a high growth potential. To be accepted into this scheme an SME must have the ambition and capability of achieving a minimum 20% per annum growth.

Through hard work, and a foundation of decades of industry expertise, we are in the middle of a very exciting and fast moving development within the business, one that is helping us develop our products and services, and in turn help our customers achieve outstanding results.
