HIGH / LOW FREQUENCY REACTORS AND CHOKES

The facilities in our workshop give us the ability to repair large, water-cooled, high frequency production heating coils used for tempering copper tube on high-speed production processes.

Our testing procedures guarantee that the water systems are completely sealed by using a gaseous method of leakage checks to internationally recognised standards.

We can repair high and low power coils systems and have over 25 years of experience repairing and manufacturing new coils.

Reactors and chokes are used for “in line” air chokes for electronic equipment or high current chokes or reactors for DC smoothing. Our reactors and chokes are used by our own production for DC power supplies and all are manufactured with Class H insulation and finished to high industry recognised standards.
