Our fully equipped workshop is staffed by experienced panel builders. They, together with our team of Project Engineers, enable us to offer you a complete solution to your control and system requirements.
The service we provide covers all types of control panels, from L.V. distribution systems and Motor Control Centres, to instrumentation and control consoles. All can be manufactured to any customer specification.
Using standard enclosures or purpose-designed steelwork, with assembly involving any combination of conventional control equipment or computer/PLC systems, our construction follows exacting standards.
Prior to customer acceptance, all control panels are rigorously tested and inspected with quality procedures followed and documented throughout manufacture. Using this method, we are able to meet the high standards of quality demanded by our ISO 9001 accreditation.
R Baker (Electrical) Ltd prides itself on offering a very flexible service, and our technical advice and design team are always on hand to give you the bespoke work you need from designing and modifying control equipment for water-cooled linear motors giving variable control, to the measurement of circuit parameters and protection from circuit faults and water circulation failure.
Our team are used to meeting high standards and tight production lead-times set by our clients. We will commission equipment with your staff, and currently provide after-sales support where required as far afield as Vietnam.
