We have designed and manufactured many different types of float glass linear motors, with and without control panels, and moveable chassis mounted linear motors.
Linear induction motors are frequently used at the inlet end of the bath. They control the transverse temperature distribution across the bath by maintaining transverse tin flows from the centre towards the sides of the bath.
De-drosser linear motors
We also manufacture and repair standard de-drosser linear motors, which are used to easily remove pollutant from tin systems. These are available in standard sizes, and T-shaped for confined spaces.
