Case studies

Site maintenance

R Baker (Electrical) Ltd are contracted to carry out all reactive electrical maintenance work at the customers site, located in Liverpool. Our team are tasked to inspect electrical installations, general electrical maintenance and the installation of lights, sockets and electrical equipment.

Motor maintenance

Our client requires us to attend their university campus to collect motors ranging from 0.357Kw up to 100Kw. Our team carry out full inspections and reports, which allows our engineering team to identify repairs and rewinds. All repairs are carried out at our repair shop based in Speke, Liverpool within 24-48 hours. We offer a full motor rewind service including the servicing of pumps, gearboxes and stator rewinds.

Electrical onsite work - University

Bespoke cutting unit

Our engineering team were tasked to design a hot knife cutting system. This requirement was from a packing company who required a quicker system when cutting packing foam. Our team designed a 200A transformer and control unit; the transformer was designed for very heavy use and was designed so the user could sit at the console to operate it.
