General

Our technical team can help to design, modify and reverse engineer to your specification.

With over 30 years spent designing and manufacturing electrical transformers, R Baker (Electrical) Ltd understand in great detail the differing requirements of each client. This is one of the reasons that we offer bespoke design, with the ability to manufacture transformers at different kVA ratings, with our 45kVA transformers at the lower end of this range. We appreciate the importance of finding the ideal inputs and outputs for each part of your system. Our staff will be able to advise in great detail on the ideal transformer for you.

Should the 45kVA transformer prove to be the right option for you, we are able to design and manufacture an end product that is specific to your needs. Each client can offer input during the design and manufacturing processes for their transformer. Our technical staff are highly skilled and experienced, able to advise our clients on how to turn their design needs into design solutions.

45kVA Transformer Services

Our range of 45kVA transformers are each built to conform to BS EN61558 and EN 60076 standards, unless others are requested. Standard protection against humidity and vibration damage is included, while the transformers can also include protection for use in gaseous and/or dusty settings.

Our 45kVA transformers can be used across a variety of different environments, with our experience in designing for rail, military, marine and other settings. Our in-house engineers have extensive experience and understand the needs of each location. We also have the ability and facilities to rewind/repair a wide range of transformers, when required. This service is intended to provide the client with real peace of mind knowing that their 45kVA transformer is designed for their needs and covered by our customer service guarantees.

We are continually pursuing excellence in design, manufacture and customer service. These commitments extend throughout our range of 45kVA transformers. We derive great satisfaction from providing you with a reliable product that enhances your operating systems for many years with its durability, safety and effective performance.

Our technical staff can design, modify and reverse engineer to meet your specific requirements and preferences. Each piece of equipment can be provided with full working drawings, itemised component lists and comprehensive operating instructions in whatever language is required.

We can cater to the bespoke requests of our clients because of two main factors. Firstly, our highly skilled technical team are vastly experienced in dealing with client needs. Secondly, we have excellent facilities at our workshops in Liverpool. These strengths allow us to produce the 45kVA transformer that is ideally suited to your systems.
