Our control panel range

Our design and manufacturing team custom build control systems and have the latest design capabilities, test facilities and the latest electrical AutoCAD design software. Our fully equipped workshop is staffed by experienced electrical control panel builders based at our manufacturing facility in Liverpool. They, together with our team of project engineers, enable us to offer you a complete solution to your control system requirements.

Having a vast amount of experience we custom build a wide range of control panels from small pump starts, to one off bespoke testing panels for specific applications. Using standard electrical enclosures or purpose-designed enclosures, we can offer assembly which involves any combination of conventional control equipment or computer/PLC systems.

Our fully qualified personnel work to the highest standards in panel wiring and assembly; ensuring full functionality and ease of use. Control panels can include simple relay logic, PLC’s, variable speed drives, data acquisition, HMI and touch screen technology. All are certified to the latest BSEN61439 standard.

Our ATEX control panel range

We provide custom built explosion-proof panels according to ATEX standards where this equipment can be utilised in Zone 1 and Zone 2 environments. Our technical team can help to design, modify and reverse engineer to your specification or to agree design features.

All our quality standards and procedures are monitored independently to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and are subject to regular external and internal audits. Case studies

Test panel

Working closely with our customer we were able to offer a bespoke testing panel, ensuring that all specific requirements were met. Our customer required a complex system which offers the facility to test faults in long lengths of cable. Our team offered a full design and manufacture service; along with a full set of working drawings.

Float glass production controls

To complement our range of float glass linear motors we also offer control systems which offer full control and protection of the linear motors. Housed within a standard enclosure we are able to offer bespoke solutions to fit the requirements of specific worldwide site requirements. These systems offer variable voltage control, water flow protection and a step down transformer if required.
