Our history with the UK Ministry of Defence

Our team has worked alongside the UK Ministry of Defence and Military supply chain throughout its history. We have integrated products throughout the UK Defence sector. Our team have designed and manufactured a range of products specific for the Defence application. We have also worked on some prestigious projects; including the new Queen Elizabeth-class aircraft carriers.

Our Defence experience

We have a multi-disciplinary team who have a in-depth knowledge of defence equipment and NATO stock numbers. Not only do we manufacture we also repair a large range of defence equipment. A large part of our electrical work involves reverse engineering obsolete military items. This can include transformer, fuse panels, PCB’s or power units.

We also have an enabling agreement with the UK Ministry of Defence under the Framework for Technical Support initiative. Working with the likes of BAE Systems, Babcock Marine and other major defence suppliers has given us a great understanding of the sector.

All equipment repaired and manufactured is to UK Ministry of Defence standards. All transformers are manufactured in the UK and fully comply with the shock and vibration requirements of NES 501 and DEF STAN 02-535. Military equipment will meet vibration and EMC requirements for military vessels. Also selected products have been shock tested by an MOD approved agency (QinetiQ).
