R Baker (Electrical) Ltd repairs and reconditions electronic equipment across a range of sectors working with leading clients in the Marine and Military sector, from our repair facility, based in Liverpool. We offer a full industrial electronic repair and calibration service.

Our PCB testing and inspection capability supports our electronics manufacturing processes and helps ensure customers receive working products on time, every time. All electronic refurbishment has an electronic project folder which is created for each project to ensure that all relative documents and certifications are traceable.

Electronic test and inspection service includes a visual inspection of all electronic components; carried out by our highly skilled Electronics Team to assess the action needed for the PCB testing and inspection process.

Probe Automated Testing is utilised for most of our PCB assembly activities. This enables us to bring together both AOI and fly probe testing to ensure any manufacturing problems are identified at source and corrected prior to product integration or release to a customer.

Bespoke functional test can be designed and manufactured for product testing. This enables our first class Electronics Team to provide electric instrument repair and electronic refurbishment in accordance with customer requirements.

We specialise in reverse engineering of obsolete items, and our team have the technical knowledge to test, survey, repair your electronic equipment in accordance with our quality procedures to ISO9001 standards.
