Commercial Properties

To meet this requirement our electrical engineers will produce an EICR report. This is produced by testing existing circuits throughout your premises. EICR - Reports
The five main aims of a condition report are:
1. To detail the results of the inspection and testing. This ensures the electrical installation is safe to be used (after any remedial work is complete) until the next inspection.
2. Report any damage and wear and tear that might affect safety.
3. Detect any section of the electrical installation that does not meet the IET Wiring Regulations.
4. Highlight anything that may cause electric shocks and high temperatures.
